Boarded the plane at 10 am or there abouts then de-planed at
10 35! United trying to get a flight to London and we hope trying to get our luggage off the plane...One big problem Roberta already took her dramamine have I mentioned how much I hate United. Stay tuned for more.... If you dare! Well we just received our itinerary for overnight flight to Dublin via a long stop in London! We will arrive in Dublin on Monday afternoon at 3:35 pm(lost a day while others are having fun). Roberta says what about our luggage claim tags so she has Paula go get the agent to dig out of the trash. Isn't she a trooper???
We got on the plane to go to London and low and behold we have mechanical issues and may not take off for London as scheduled! Finally we leave and arrive in London only to miss our flight to Dublin. Oh no here we go again! We were able to get on the 4 o'clock flight to Dublin and arrived here safely. We arrived at the hotel and looked for all our fellow travelers we thought would be waiting for us with open arms NOT!
Paula, Karen, Carol and I head over to the Gingerman Pub for dinner. After dinner we meet up with Rose and Cris to go gave another drink and we end up at the Blarney Inn. Paula had too many beers(she says the manhole got in her way!)and she ends up on the sidewalk of Dublin! Oh will this make a good story! Stay tuned for day 2 adventures of Roberta and Friends!
